Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the agreement between you and Mr Mega Casino: who can open an account, how verification, payments and bonuses work, and what happens if either of us ends the agreement.

Gems BonanzaAccepting these terms and how we change them
By opening an account, depositing funds or placing a wager on this site, you confirm that you have read these terms, understand them and agree to be bound by them. If there is anything here you do not accept, please do not use the site.
They apply together with our privacy policy, the terms of any promotion you claim and the rules of each game. Where one of those documents covers a point specifically, it applies to that point and these terms cover the rest.
We may update these terms, for example when the law changes, when we add or remove a payment method, or when the site works differently. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect, and we will tell you by e-mail or by a notice in your account before a material change applies.
If you do not agree to a change
You can ask us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the checks described below. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility, your account and verification
You may hold an account with us only if you meet the conditions below. We hold a gaming licence and must confirm the age and identity of every customer, so the details you give us have to be accurate and kept up to date.
Who can open an account
- You are 18 or over. Gambling on this site is strictly 18+.
- You are resident in the United Kingdom and playing from a place where doing so is lawful.
- You are acting for yourself, in your own name, and not for anyone else.
- You have not self-excluded from this site or through a national self-exclusion scheme.
- You hold one account only. Duplicate accounts sharing a name, address, device or payment method may be closed, and a bonus claimed on a duplicate account, together with any winnings from it, may be removed.
Keeping your account secure
- Use a password you do not use elsewhere and keep it, and any one-time codes, to yourself.
- Do not let anyone else use your account, and do not leave a device logged in where someone under 18 could reach it.
- Tell us through live chat or at support@casinomrmega.co.uk if you think someone else has had access.
- Keep your name, address, e-mail and telephone number current, as we use them for payments and checks.
Activity carried out with your login details counts as yours, unless the loss is caused by something that is our fault.
Verification checks
Before your first withdrawal, and at other times where we are required to, we ask you to confirm your identity, age and address, and to show that a payment method belongs to you. Where our obligations require it, we also ask about the source of the funds you are playing with.
Documents are uploaded in your account. Until the checks are finished we may hold a withdrawal or restrict play, and if we cannot complete them we must close the account. Stakes placed by anyone under 18 are void and their deposits are returned.
Deposits, withdrawals and limits
You may only deposit money that belongs to you, from a payment method in your own name. Deposits reach your balance once the payment is authorised, and the minimum and maximum amounts for each method are shown in the cashier.
- Same method back. Where it is possible we return funds to the method you deposited with; where it is not, we use another method in your name.
- Pending period. A withdrawal may be held for a short pending period while checks are completed, and you can cancel it during that time.
- Limits. Deposit, withdrawal and transaction limits are the limits shown in your account and in the cashier.
- Charges. We do not add a fee to a standard withdrawal, although your own payment provider may apply one.
We may ask you to play a deposit through before it is withdrawn, so that an account is not used simply to move money. Balances do not earn interest, and where a transaction needs currency conversion the rate shown at the time applies.
Bonuses and promotions
Every bonus, free spin offer or other promotion carries its own terms, published with the offer. Those terms say who can take part, how long the offer runs and what must happen before bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable cash.
- Wagering. Bonus funds normally have to be wagered a set number of times; the figure appears with the offer.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake per spin or hand applies while wagering is outstanding.
- Game weighting. Game types contribute towards wagering at different rates, as listed in the offer terms.
- Expiry. Bonuses and free spins lapse if they are not used or completed within the stated period, and unspent bonus funds are then removed.
- One per person. Unless an offer says otherwise, each promotion can be claimed once per person, household, device and payment method.
Abuse of promotions
We may withdraw an offer, remove bonus funds and winnings derived from them and stop future promotions where an account is used only to extract bonus value: for example low-risk or opposing bets placed to clear wagering, play across linked accounts, or stakes above the maximum while a bonus is active. Your own deposited funds stay yours.
Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion
Your account includes tools you can use whenever you want: deposit limits, loss and wager limits, session reminders, a short time-out and self-exclusion for a longer fixed period. A limit that lowers your exposure applies straight away, while an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
When you self-exclude we close access to your account, stop sending you marketing and keep the exclusion in place for the period you chose; it cannot be lifted early. You can also block yourself from all participating online gambling sites through GamStop. Free, confidential support and advice is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing an account, complaints and the law that applies
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or at support@casinomrmega.co.uk, and we return any remaining balance once the usual checks are done. If an account stays inactive for a long period we may close it, after contacting you at the address on file and explaining how to claim any balance.
When we suspend or restrict an account
- These terms, the terms of a promotion or the rules of a game have been broken.
- Identity, age, address or source-of-funds checks cannot be completed.
- We suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, prohibited software or funds that are not yours.
- We are required to act by law or under the conditions of our licence.
We tell you what we need from you, so far as we are permitted to. Wagers connected to a breach may be made void and funds that are the proceeds of a breach may be withheld; the rest of your balance is returned to you.
Complaints and disputes
Write to support@casinomrmega.co.uk or use live chat, giving your username and what happened. We confirm receipt, look into the matter and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you informed if it takes longer. If our final answer does not settle things, you can refer the complaint free of charge to the independent dispute resolution service named in our complaints procedure.
Liability and governing law
We run the site with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of faults. Where a game, display or balance is wrong because of an error or an interrupted round, the result recorded on our servers stands and affected stakes are returned. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply, and you may not transfer your account to anyone else.
