General rules that apply to all play

These rules form part of your agreement with us and apply every time you open a game on this site. Where a rule here differs from the rules shown inside a particular game, the in-game rules apply to that game.

  1. You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be voided.
  2. Play is limited to registered account holders aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and carry out identity and age checks on accounts, which may be requested at any time.
  3. Games can be funded from your real-money balance or from bonus funds, as shown in the cashier. Where both are held, the order in which they are used is set out in your account.
  4. Stakes are taken from your balance at the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet or spin is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn.
  5. You are responsible for every bet placed from your account, including the stake, the game chosen and any auto-play settings you select.
  6. We may limit, suspend or close play on an account where we are required to do so, or where these rules or our terms are broken.

Staying in control

You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling area of your account. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from all licensed online operators in Great Britain.

How bets and spins are settled

Every result is generated and recorded on the game server. The outcome held on the server is the result that counts, even if your screen, browser or app shows something different.

  • Each game has its own rules, paytable and bet range. These appear in the help or information screen inside the game and apply to every round played there.
  • Each game shows its return to player figure in the game information. That figure is a long-term theoretical average across a very large number of rounds and does not predict the outcome of any single session.
  • Outcomes in slots and other random games are produced by a random number generator. Past results have no effect on future ones.
  • Winnings are credited to the balance the bet was taken from, in line with the paytable for that game.
  • Your game history in the account area shows the rounds played, the stakes and the returns. Where your records and ours differ, the server records prevail.

Rounds that remain open, for example a slot with an unfinished free spin feature, are settled under the rules of that game when the round is completed or when the game is next opened.

Malfunctions, errors and interrupted games

A malfunction is any fault in hardware, software or communications that causes a game to behave in a way it was not designed to.

  • Malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a fault affects a round, that round and any amounts credited by it are void, and stakes are returned to the balance they were taken from.
  • Where a result, payout or balance is displayed incorrectly, we correct the error and adjust the account to the position it would have been in without the fault.
  • If your connection drops mid-round, the game is held on the server. When you reconnect, it either resumes from the point it stopped or settles automatically, depending on the rules of that game.
  • Rounds that cannot resume are settled at the value recorded on the server at the time of the fault, and any incomplete bet is returned.
  • Please do not keep playing a game you believe is faulty. Close it and contact us so we can look into it.

If something looks wrong

Note the game name, the date and time, and the round or transaction reference shown in your game history, then contact us before you play on. This gives us the detail we need to check the server records for that round.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are played under the terms of the promotion they came from, together with the rules on this page.

  • The wagering requirement, qualifying games and expiry period for each offer are set out in that offer's terms and in the promotions area of your account.
  • A maximum bet applies while a wagering requirement is open. Bets above it may be void, along with any winnings from them.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games do not contribute at all. The rates that apply are shown with the offer.
  • Betting patterns designed to secure a return from a bonus rather than to play a game normally, such as low-risk or equal-opposite betting on table games, are not permitted.
  • Where bonus funds expire or an offer is forfeited, the bonus balance and any winnings still tied to it are removed from the account.
RuleHow it applies to your play
Maximum betApplies to every round until the wagering requirement has been met.
Game contributionSet by game category and shown in the terms of the offer.
Balance orderShown in the cashier where a real-money and a bonus balance are both held.
ExpiryUnused bonus funds and free spins are removed once the offer period ends.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed from a studio. Each table has its own rules, bet limits and help screen, and those rules govern play at that table.

  • Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting window shown on the table. Late bets are not accepted and are returned to your balance.
  • The dealer's actions and the physical outcome at the table decide the round. Where a card, dice or wheel outcome is unclear, the decision of the dealer or the studio shift manager stands.
  • Mis-deals, cards exposed in error and other irregularities are handled under the rules of that game, which may mean a card is burnt, a hand is void or the round is replayed.
  • Side bets, bonus bets and insurance options pay as set out in the paytable for that table.
  • Chat at live tables is moderated. Abusive or disruptive messages may lead to chat being withdrawn or the session being ended.

If your stream drops, bets already confirmed stand and are settled against the result at the table. The outcome appears in your game history when you reconnect.

Questions and disputes about a game round

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you can by writing to support@casinomrmega.co.uk or by using the live chat on the site. Please include:

  1. Your username or the e-mail address registered to your account.
  2. The name of the game or live table.
  3. The date and time of the round, and the time zone you were playing in.
  4. The round, hand or transaction reference shown in your game history.
  5. A short description of what the game showed and what you expected.

We check the server records for the round and come back to you with what they show. Our records of game play, including stakes, outcomes and balances, are the final record for settling a question of this kind.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, our complaints procedure explains the next steps, including how a complaint can be taken to the alternative dispute resolution service named in that procedure. Nothing in these rules affects your rights under UK consumer law.
